The costumers and traditions of Maracaibo

The costumers and traditions of Maracaibo distinguish us from many places around the world. Our gastronomy is unique, not only because of the plates that are served but also because of the way, and the context in which each is eaten. Also the parties in our city are extremely different. You can enjoy a typical city disco, and party like in the develop cities, and enjoy the parties made in the streets of the principle roads. Anything you prefer is possible in this town. But the characteristic that pops out in comparison to all of those is the one that distinguishes us from any Venezuelan: our accent. The way we talk is definably the most defining characteristic of being from this town, and not only the accent, but the phrases that we use, the words, and many other this communicated orally, are a patrimony of our culture. In order to understand the powerful meanings of this phrases, I added the proper traductions to each phrase or word. Well, these where some of the words and phrases that include the dialect of my hometown, the moral of this, is that each territory has its own language that makes it unique, and it sticks to the culture of each town. Where more than a tradition, being proud of our origin breaks any barrier.

If last year apple shook the world with its iphone, this time, it was with the new MacBook Air, the renew laptop that pretends to be a mix of the classic Macbook and the Macbook Pro has converted in the thinnest one of the world, due to the fact that it has only 0,46 cm of thickness, detail that steve jobs took upon his duty to highlight as it was presented inside an envelope during the MacWorld.
Technically, the new laptop doesn’t have anything out of the ordinary, but its thinness and the fact that it is made out of aluminum, despite that, it is important to highlight some characteristics: processor Intel Core 21 Duo, that is 50% smaller than normal ones, 2 GB of Ram memory ( that will come solded, so its irreplaceable), Intel X3100 graphic Card integrated with graphic accelerator.

At the same time, it includes a USB port, an audio outlet, and a new port Micro-DV1, hidden under a cover. Its worthy to say that because of the size, it doesn’t include optic reader (DVD or CD) so its going to need another Mac, or an External hardware by USB or Wi-fi. The battery is fixed ( if it gets broken it will have to get send to technical services) and the screen has 13 inches.

The price of the new toy in the big apple varies depending on the disk it has. While the disc of 80 GB (42-rpm PATA) costs 1800 dolares (BSF 3870 official change), with the 64 GB of solid state ( that can function perfectly during 50 yeas) the price reached to almost 3.098 dolars (6660 BSF official change).

TRAVEL!!

My plans for the summer are to visit the city of my dreams, Madrid, the capital of Spain, I have thought about going to:
The Cibeles square that is an attractive square featuring a famous sculpture with fountains that have been adopted as a symbol for the city of Madrid. Wandering through the city and also visit The Puerta de Alcala ("Alcala Gate") is a monument in the Plaza de la Independencia (Independence Square) in Madrid, Spain, very close to the city centre and several meters away from the main entrance to the Parque del Buen Retiro. The square is bisected by Alcala street, although the street itself does not cross through the monuments, and it is the origin of the Alfonso XII, Serrano and Olózaga streets. Its name originates from the old path from Madrid to the nearby town of Alcala de Henares (Puerta de Alcalá means "Alcala's Gate in Spanish).

It was built by order of King Charles III as a monumental gate in the city wall to pass the road which leads to the city of Alcala, replacing an older, smaller, gate which stood nearby. It was inaugurated in 1778.
But above all else my dream is to visit the Stadio Santiago Bernabeu football, home of one of the best European teams, the real Madrid, I thought to go and take a tour around the stadium and facilities to go to a game.

Tickets cost me 3 to 4 billion bolivars because of the high season that I thought travel, the ticket for the game since 1000 euros to see close, if I travel for 2 weeks gastaré at least 3 billion bolivars in food and lodging.

LIKES WHAT NOT ME OF MY PARENTS…

Being adolescence one of the most difficult stages of life, we as misunderstood youths and rebels feel the need to care for our parents and often do not get either because they are busy working, or more than that to earn the daily bread nothing missing for us, but this does not mean that we need them from time to time, your love and attention, because although perhaps demonstrate in their own way often is not enough for us, so I took into account the following list :

NOT THAT LIKES ME MY PARENTS Reprimand ME, but I would like to see even less in a morning is not in anyone's life by having bad grades…

I do not like that I am forbid FESTIVITIES, but it would be much worse than leaving me to pass something that I can come to regret or perhaps neither achieves do not obey.

NOT THAT LIKES ME ME SAY THAT I DO, but not stand the idea of not having the guidance of my parents and experience that can lead to giving to follow the right path.

NOT THAT LIKES CRITICIZE ME, but prefer to do so to rectify them and strangers brought me one way or another.
